The Mineira Company of Promotions - Prominas is a strategic organ of the State Government for promoting the development of business tourism in Minas Gerais.

Responsible for managing large halls and convention centers as Minascentro; Expominas, the units in Belo Horizonte, Juiz de Fora and Araxá, Minas Gerais and the space in Sao Paulo, Prominas aims to plan, coordinate and promote activities dedicated to strengthening segment of tourism and business events in the state.

Besides infrastructure, Prominas offers the services of a qualified professional team, able to offer support for fairs, conventions, conferences, artistic performances and workshops, regardless of size or economic sector.

Founded in 1982, Prominas is a company of mixed economy. It is controlled by the Development Company of Minas Gerais - Codemig and operates in connection to the State Secretariat of Tourism of Minas Gerais - SETUR, by virtue of Law No. 129/2007 Delegate.
